great pay - no execution, June 04, 2010

They're really nice guys. Love the owner. Bills always paid on time and accurately. No goofy billbacks either.

But on the execution side they're overwhelmed. Mid-management (read sales manager) all say the right things but don't get the job done. Sales reps are fine - but it's questionable if the sales managers get the needed messages to the market.
